Honey received on or before October 2, 2024 is considered ON TIME.
Honey From The Heart guarantees delivery by Rosh Hashanah for orders that were placed on our website through September 12, 2024. If the package doesn’t arrive on time, we will send a free replacement to the same address, along with a letter of apology, if we are notified of the missing shipment within 60 days of Rosh Hashanah.
On time delivery cannot be guaranteed for orders that were:
- Sent to a rejected, incorrect, incomplete or old mailing address
- Sent to an address that had a temporary mail hold or forward order between September 6, 2024 and October 2, 2024.
- Placed after September 12, 2024
Tracking is not available, so we ask that you contact the recipient after their mail delivery on October 2, 2024 to confirm that the package did not arrive (the absence of a thank you is not sufficient), AND the mailing address on your order was correct, AND they were not away with a mail hold anytime during the delivery window of 9/6/24-10/2/24.
Please wait until after Rosh Hashanah to report a missing shipment — Honey From The Heart’s team will be observing the holiday. Reshipment requests will start being reviewed on October 7, 2024.
How to Report a Missing Shipment:
Email your request for reshipment to support@orthoney.com. All requests must include:
- Recipient’s name and mailing address. If you have the order number, please include it as well.
- Acknowledgement that you communicated with the recipient to confirm all three of these things:
- The package hasn’t arrived
- The address you provided was and still is correct
- They were not away with a mail hold during the delivery window of 9/6/24 – 10/2/24

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Our goal is for all honey to be received in time for Erev Rosh Hashanah (October 2, 2024). Some free shipping orders may arrive earlier than desired, but we feel this is less of an issue than late delivery.

- West Coast: September 6, 2024 (These states are expected to take the longest for delivery.)
- Central U.S.: September 10, 2024
- East Coast: September 12, 2024
- Southeastern U.S.: September 17, 2024
First-Class Mail
Orders with shipping charges that are checked out on our website through September 12, 2024 are scheduled to be shipped on September 20, 2024, and are guaranteed to arrive in time for Rosh Hashanah.
