Shipping Information

Shipping to locations within the U.S.:

Shipping is free for orders placed on our website by midnight Eastern Daylight Savings Time July 31, 2011 and shipped within the U.S. These orders will be sent by bulk mail from Atlanta, GA on September 6th. After July 31st, a shipping charge of $3.25 per jar is added for first class postage to U.S. destinations. We will accept orders through the holidays; orders placed after September 17th may not arrive before Rosh Hashanah.

Additional International Shipping Charges:

Regardless of the order date, the following surcharges will be applied to each jar shipped outside of the U.S.:

Canada $6
All other countries $15
APO/FPO military addresses $3.25

Delivery:
Delivery varies based on the part of the country to which honey is being shipped. Shipments to the Southeast can arrive in 2-3 days while orders shipped to the West Coast may take up to three weeks. Even within a community, delivery dates will vary. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, there will be a small fraction of recipients who will not receive their shipment on time.

Note: Honey received on or before September 28, 2011 is considered ON TIME. If a shipment is lost or delayed, nothing can be done until after Rosh Hashanah. If your order was placed before September 17th and does not arrive on time, please notify your organization's honey chairperson as soon as possible. We will offer to re-ship the honey along with a letter of apology, via first class mail (to U.S. destinations only). We will reship missing orders if we are notified within 60 days of Rosh Hashanah.
